What SoCal Dealer Jobs is
A job board for dealership and automotive jobs in Southern California. Free listings link to openings employers publish on their own career pages. Featured posts are paid ads submitted by employers. We are not the employer and we are not a party to any hiring decision.
For job seekers
Listings are provided as-is from employers. Pay, duties and availability can change; confirm everything with the employer. Never pay anyone to apply, and report anything suspicious to [email protected].
For employers posting a job
- You must be authorized to hire for the dealership or automotive business named, and the job must be a real, current opening.
- Ads must include a good-faith pay range where California law requires one, and must follow equal-opportunity law (no preference based on a protected characteristic).
- No ads that charge applicants, ask for bank or ID details before an offer, promote multi-level marketing, or link to anything other than your own job or careers page.
- We review every post before it goes live and may edit formatting, decline or remove a post. If we decline a paid post before it is published, we refund it in full.
- Featured posts run 30 days from going live. Subscriptions (Dealer Group Unlimited, Recruiter Pass, data feed) renew monthly until you cancel; cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt link or by email, effective at the end of the paid month.
- Recruiters and agencies must name the client dealership or clearly state that the post is from an agency.
Free listings and removal
If your public job appears here and you'd rather it didn't, use the removal form or email [email protected]. We remove it within 2 business days and stop collecting it.
Hiring-data feed
The data feed contains only public job-ad fields (title, dealership, city, posted pay, link). Subscribers may use it for their own recruiting and sales work but may not resell it or republish it as a job board.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SoCal Dealer Jobs is not liable for employers' ads, hiring decisions, or losses from using the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
